"Really nice in-store experience"
I stopped by tourneau just planning to look at a watch, and somehow ended up buying one. The staff was helpful without making me feel pressured, which makes a big difference. They answered all my questions and gave me space to think it over, which I appreciated because with watches you kind of want to take your time and... yeah. Checkout was quick and easy too. Overall, I’m really happy with both the visit and the watch.

Tourneau has a really nice selection of watches, and the site was easy to browse, but the prices felt a bit steep to me. For what I was paying, I was expecting more value or at least some kind of discount, credit, or compensation to make it feel worth it. It’s not a bad experience overall, just more expensive than I expected.

"Suspiciously Good Watch Selection"
I didn’t expect Tourneau to have that many watches. Like, at some point I was wondering if they had some secret back room of watch brands they’re not telling us about. They had everything from simple everyday styles to the fancier stuff that makes you start questioning your budget. Comparing a few models was actually easy, and the site didn’t make me feel like I needed a decoder ring to navigate it. I found what I wanted without much hassle. Definitely checking here again next time I’m watch hunting

"Felt relieved the whole way through"
I sent in my old TAG for repair and felt a little nervous at first, but they kept me updated, which really helped. It did take a bit of time, but when I got it back looking and working perfectly, I felt like it was totally worth it. Super easy experience and no hassle at all

"Customer service actually came through"
I had a small issue with my order, which was a little annoying because I had placed it during my lunch break and didn’t really want to deal with emails back and forth. But customer service got back to me quickly, and the person I spoke with was friendly and easy to deal with. They fixed the problem without making it into a whole thing. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but overall I’d say it was a good experience.

"I ordered a watch and it did..."
I ordered a watch and it did show up in good condition, so no complaints there. The shipping just took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated for a while. I also reached out and got the impression nobody really read my message. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just slower and a bit more frustrating than I hoped.
